Responsibilities:
Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
Communicating with tenants on various work order requests
Following up with vendors to ensure appropriate services provided
Processing tenant move-in and move-outs
Coding invoices
Coordinating vendor services
Following up on accounts receivable
Reviewing vendor bids and selecting contractors
Coordinating preventative maintenance
Lease administration
Preparing budgets
Reviewing financials and providing reporting to Ownership
Coordinating tenant events
Ensuring certificates of insurance and business licenses are up to date
Assisting with various specialty projects
