Overview of Position
Position Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time
Supervisor: Office Manager
Hours: Flexible, averaging 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid/Remote
Expectations
Manage company websites, ensuring up-to-date content.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media.
Oversee marketing signage initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create marketing materials.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and external reviews to optimize campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Update property listings across various online platforms.
Assist in organizing virtual property tours and online events.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in property management or real estate.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and trends.
Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with property management software preferred.
