Property Management Marketing Coordinator -- Remote | WFH

Overview of Position

  • Position Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time
  • Supervisor: Office Manager
  • Hours: Flexible, averaging 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Hybrid/Remote

Expectations

  • Manage company websites, ensuring up-to-date content.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media.
  • Oversee marketing signage initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create marketing materials.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and external reviews to optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Update property listings across various online platforms.
  • Assist in organizing virtual property tours and online events.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and trends.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with property management software preferred.
