We are looking for a high potential, experienced, hands-on Property and Leasing Manager to join the organization. The Connect55+ Property and Leasing Manager job responsibilities include the following:

• Manage leasing, outreach, and lead generation for the community.
• Provide a professional, positive and engaging experience for the members of the community.
• Take resident complaints and identify proper protocol to resolve issues.
• Accurately process apartment applications and lease renewals.
• Enter work order requests to appropriate maintenance personnel.
• Work with maintenance department to ensure apartment turnovers.
• Ensure work-order requests are completed to company standards.
• Conduct walk-through of available apartments to ensure readiness for occupancy.
• Work with Activities Coordinator to welcome new residents to the community.
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

• Previous leasing and/or sales and customer service experience.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents.
• A motivated self-starter.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized and able to meet assigned deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
