Responsibilities of the Property Administrator:
Deliver outstanding service and ensure every client interaction is positive and professional.
Foster strong, lasting connections with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact.
Assist in the smooth operation of property management tasks, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.
Process invoices, prepare monthly reports, and oversee budgets, expenses, and contracts to ensure accuracy.

Requirements of the Property Administrator:
Bachelor’s degree required
