About The Role

We are currently recruiting a Property Administrator for our Summerlin office properties in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Property Administrator is responsible for supporting the Property Management team in the day-to-day operations of our Summerlin area office assets. This position reports to the Senior Property Manager. This position will support the Property Management team in all areas related to Property Administration including tenant communications, work order processes and tenant handbook generation, managing and maintaining tenant billables, accounts payable processes, accounts receivable processes and month end close procedures. In addition, this position will assist with all portfolio wide initiatives as required.

What You Will Do

  • Steward of the Summerlin brand.
  • Serve as first contact for Summerlin office tenants.
  • Monitor/Inspect overall property for building standards, risk management and customer experience.
  • Update tenant records including access cards, parking assignments, directory listings and tenant contacts.
  • Cultivate customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication to tenants, tracking of service calls, and accuracy of tenant billables.
  • Provide regular tenant communications by preparing tenant memos and delivering monthly newsletters and other marketing materials.
  • Utilize digital work order system (currently Angus) to communicate with and meet tenant needs, report property repair requests, interface with the Engineering team and generate/prepare recurring reports.
  • Assist with monthly financial reports, forecasts, accruals, annual budgets, compliance and tenant move-in/move-out documentation.
  • Become a resource with Coupa and Salesforce applications.
  • General administrative functions include, but not be limited to, phone management, filing, supply ordering, mailings, and customer/tenant issue resolution.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and Tenant social events in partnership with Property Management team.
  • Maintain accurate and complete department files and records including lease administration, contracts and Certificate of Insurance control for both tenants and contractors.
  • Attend and participate in regular staff and operations meetings.
  • Assisting Property Management team with additional projects as needed.

About You

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-4 Years of customer service experience.
  • General knowledge of Property and/or Commercial Office Management.
  • First Class Customer Service
  • Familiarity with commercial lease documents
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • General understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and expense management
  • Work with little supervision
  • Handle a dynamic work environment with competing priorities
  • A team player who can multi-task and is self-directed
  • Exercise sound judgment when making decisions
  • Good problem solver/creative thinker
  • “Can-do” attitude, pro-active and resourceful
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
