Project Specialist

An employer sitting in Downtown Los Angeles, CA is looking to hire a hybrid Project Specialist. This Project Specialist would work within the gas engineering and gas governance sector, while beingresponsible for acting as an facilitator to ensure gas standards are being met for the companies requirements. This role would be involved in project intakes, and updating the team on status of projects, as well as building reports from time to time on where updates stand. Additionally, this individual will be in charge of submitting documents from vendors and contractors on the companies behalf. He/She will be involved in communications with external vendors and stakeholders. This role would be about 30 to 40 hours a week, and will need to report to Downtown Los Angeles two to three times a month. This role has a pay range of $30-53/hour.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Project Specialist in the Utilities or Engineering Industry
• Hold's an Associate's Degree or a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience utilizing Vizio, Powerapps, Powerpoint, or Excel for presentations
• Ariba/SAP for Paying Invoices

Plusses:

• Proficient in Bluebeam and Smartsheet's
• Gas / Engineering Governance Experience

Benefits and Compensation:

$30-53/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
