The Business Customer Support team is responsible for supporting individual professionals, businesses and institutions that buy products in individual or bulk quantities to run their business smoothly. As a Program Manager on our team, you will coordinate Expansion projects, working closely with global and regional leaders ensuring successful implementation. In this role, you will deliver program updates to senior management in written and verbal formats. You must be able to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and be able to cut through ambiguity and set priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level critical initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. You will partner with product management, operations, and other technical teams internally and externally across Business to achieve your goals and initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess deep knowledge and expertise effective program management and supporting mechanisms, and is expected to develop a broad understanding of business and operations across the organization. As well as excellent organization skills, you will need to be comfortable working with raw data sources to establish clear insight. The ideal candidate sees around corners, is biased for action in ensuring the team is set up for success in achieving our goals, and earns trust through broad stakeholder influence. This role will play an important part in expanding *** Business into new markets and ensure positive customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or related field

  • Fluent level in English (oral and written)
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management
  • 2+ years’ experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionally through Operations, Product Management, Finance, etc.
  • Ability to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in processes and results
  • 2+ years’ experience working with Software Development Engineers to develop technical solutions to operational problems
  • Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs
