Project Manager III

IntePros is looking for a Project Manager to work a hybrid, 3 days a week in the office, for our client located in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting role that will be part of a Business Customer Service team supporting the technology experience of large sized customers. .

Responsibilities’

  • responsible for supporting individual professionals, businesses and institutions that buy products in individual or bulk quantities to run their business smoothly.
  • Coordinate Expansion projects, working closely with global and regional leaders ensuring successful implementation.
  • Deliver program updates to senior management in written and verbal formats.
  • Be able to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and be able to cut through ambiguity and set priorities.


What are the top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) required?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
  • Fluent level in English (oral and written)
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management


What are the top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)?

  • 2+ years’ experience influencing others and delivering results cross-functionally through Operations, Product Management, Finance, etc
  • Ability to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in processes and results
  • 2+ years’ experience working with Software Development Engineers to develop technical solutions to operational problems
  • Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs
