- A minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role, 7 for a Project Manager Senior
- A minimum 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry (Payer), 5 for a Project Manager Senior
- Bachelor Degree
- Exp with below tools:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Power Point, OneNote)
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- Need a strong communication skills and overall a personality you would want to work with/for. Don't send anyone who you wouldn't want to work with or seems like may be difficult
- MBA or equivalent Degree
- PMP or equivalent Certification
- Exp in structured PMO
Required:

- A minimum 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry (Payer), 5 for a Project Manager Sr

- Work with Business and IT Stakeholders to understand the parameters (Scope, Schedule, and Cost) of projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Tracks milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Serves as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Works with limited guidance and is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems.
- Operates within defined parameters using project management methodology.
- Proven experience in project management and software development.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
