Job Description:

Must Haves:

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role, 7 for a Project Manager Senior
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry (Payer), 5 for a Project Manager Senior

Claims processing, benefits, configuring claims processing systems, Provider networks; insurance, Clinical care managers, Medicaid care management, Membership(understanding how membership works) Encounters, providing back to the Medicaid leaders, how we are managing people through claims.

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Exp with below tools:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Power Point, OneNote)
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint
  • Need a strong communication skills and overall a personality you would want to work with/for. Don't send anyone who you wouldn't want to work with or seems like may be difficult

Preferred:

  • MBA or equivalent Degree
  • PMP or equivalent Certification
  • Exp in structured PMO

Project Manager who works with business partners to identify and implement scope for medium to large sized projects. Projects are business oriented in nature often with data, process and/or system configuration changes, focused on end-to-end (E2E) process optimization. Works with limited guidance and is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems.

Required:

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role, 7 for a Project Manager Sr
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry (Payer), 5 for a Project Manager Sr
  • Bachelor Degree

Preferred:

  • MBA or equivalent Degree
  • PMP or equivalent Certification

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business and IT Stakeholders to understand the parameters (Scope, Schedule, and Cost) of projects.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Tracks milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Serves as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
  • Works with limited guidance and is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems.
  • Operates within defined parameters using project management methodology.
