Project Manager III (Health Equity) _ Temp to Hire _ Remote

Kaeppel Consulting has an immediate need for a Project Manager III to work for a client in the healthcare Industry. This position will be 100% remote and will be a Temp to Hire role. Previous experience working in Healthcare is a must. Candidates NEED to have experience in the following area -

• Project Management experience in Healthcare with Health Equity/Quality & Equity Incentive Program experience

You will play a critical role in the execution of key strategic projects as part of our client's business transformation and will include support for a wide variety of critical transformation projects as part of our client's overall portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Project Management in Software development life cycle, PMO office operations and implementation. More stakeholder management/exec experience to lead.
• Apply IT Project Management methodology and appropriate Project Management framework for all projects
• Successfully initiate, plan, execute and close all project deliverables as committed
• Responsible to interface with key stakeholders;

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

• 8+ years of experience in project management within the healthcare/health Insurance field.
• Proficient in project and program management. In-depth knowledge and experience of executing project in agile methodology
• Experience with Project Management in software development life cycle, Project Management tools, Waterfall/Agile/Scrum (Required)
• PMI or PMP certification required
• Strong analytical and business judgment including demonstrated problem-solving skills
