Job Description

Provide project management oversight & insight related to scope, time-lines, progress, status across multiple cross functional efforts with emphasis on tracking and reporting (issue logs, status, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Medical Policy alignment
  • Burgess integration
  • Provider Conversion activities
  • Business Process alignment within configuration:
    • Accounts
    • Members
    • Benefits (products, templates, plans, bpc's, service categories)
    • Providers (including pricing, capitation & Broker)
    • Claims
    • Medical Management
    • Customer Service
    • Finance (payables, billing, rates, receivables)
    • Validation Policies (including custom)
    • Operational Polices
    • Code Sets
    • User Security
    • interfaces/reports/correspondence
  • Upgrade activities
  • Testing activities
  • Go live activities
Skills / Qualifications

  • Project Management experience is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Project, Excel
  • Ability to effectively create status reports and executive presentations
