What you’ll do

In this role, you will serve as the central PMO for the Kevin’s Natural Foods ERP transformation. This role will partner with executive, business, finance, and IT leaders as well as our implementation consultant firm, for the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA to enable the growth & scale of our brand. 

You will be responsible for driving project implementation and stakeholder management, while closely partnering with our multiple cross-functional, multi-location teams.  This is a critical role to ensure all internal & external teams are connected & coordinated to work in service of our multiple key stakeholders across our businesses. Within a contracted amount of time, here’s how you’ll to it:

• Spend time with all lines of business (Finance, Sales, Operations, Warehouses, IT, etc.) to understand and codify our processes, policies, and challenges. Understand each areas pain points and priorities, to help guide to successful outcomes with minimized customizations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to direct the overall program. Direct resources, timelines & workstreams. Be the first point of contact for issue resolution between cross-functional teams. 
• Drive and prepare weekly project status reports and Steerco status reports.
• Use your deep functional process knowledge to guide conversations and decisions with business partners, in service of implementing the S/4HANA platform. 
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure relevant business and IT controls are implemented in the program.
• Ensure all lines of business (Finance, Sales, Operations, Warehouses, IT, etc.) and technical teams are aligned on scope, project plans, and ensure successful delivery of all activities on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate with implementation partners for ERP deployment project deliverables, coordinating with all teams for control on scope, schedule, and cost.
• Maintain the overall project budget for multiple internal & external resources for project duration.
• Partner with implementation team to prepare Change Management deliverables (e.g., communications, training, organization preparedness exercises, etc.).
• Work closely with partners to develop roadmap for remaining phase of program.
• Maintain all deliverables of the program in relevant SharePoint.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to get sign off on all project deliverables.
• Ensure phase entry and exit criteria is well defined and followed during the entire duration of the program.
• Define and make effective use of escalation matrix when required.
• Well versed in nuisances related to public cloud applications implementation.

You have:

• 10+ years of proven experience as project manager/program leader in ERP implementation programs.
• Extensive experience with stakeholder management, negotiations, problem solving.
• Demonstrated experience in leading diverse and cross functional teams comprised of both internal and external resources, with ability to anticipate roadblocks, drive action and foster teamwork for successful project results.
• Proven experience in preparing updates, presentations, communications, leading Steering Committee meetings at the executive level.
• A project risk management and mitigation mindset, leverage business partnership experience & deep process expertise to stay one step ahead during project timeline.
• Experience managing project budgets.
• Experience and good working knowledge of various ERP packages implementation methodologies, including SAP methodologies and frameworks.
• Extensive experience with working with business owners and understanding of business processes (Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, etc.).
• Hands on experience in project/demand planning tools with evidence of practical application.
• MBA / Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a combination of finance & technology concentrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

·    SAP S4/HANA.

·    PMP Certification.

·    CPG experience.

·    Experience working in both IT and finance teams for a true cross-functional mindset.
