As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Engineering Project Manager.


Position Overview:

The Entry-Level Engineering Project Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in project management within the engineering field.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and timelines, identifying critical milestones and dependencies.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Track project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, documenting discussions, action items, and follow-up tasks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and solutions to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  • Adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Prior experience in project management or engineering-related roles preferred but not required.
