Position Summary:
Stova is always looking for innovative, self-driven, outgoing people with a mind geared towards business, tech development, and high-end customer care. With this in mind, we are actively seeking a Project Manager.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide leadership for client project initiatives, serving as the internal and external project owner, and main point of contract, throughout all phases of the project
- Effectively communicate with clients at all levels; partner with clients during the lifecycle of the onboarding program or project to ensure expectations are met and successful execution of project scope
- Manage the project scope and timeline and work closely with team and client to manage budgeted hours. Identify resource requirements, manage project resources, define project deliverables, QA deliverables to ensure quality, and act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and clients
- Provide solutions to clients with our technology that solve for functionality needs and/or process efficiencies
- Manage the project lifecycle from inception to close, ensuring feedback is obtained from client on the project execution
- Accurately track time for all project team, adhere to budget, communicate with sales and complete internal project management processes
- Up to 25% travel per year to deliver solutions onsite at client events
Education, Experience, & Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Event industry or agency experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management skills and experience using project management tools.
