Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for EV infrastructure projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and external contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of EV charging stations and related infrastructure.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, utilities, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrification, EV infrastructure, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EV charging technologies, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with utility coordination and permitting processes.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar design software is advantageous.
