Title: Project Manager (Fulfillment, Supply Chain)

Location: 100% Remote (Must Be Able to Support PST & EST Teams)

Type: 6 Month Contract to Start, Potential to Extend

Our client, one of the leading global clothing retailers, is seeking a Project Manager to support a variety of IT initiatives. Experience in order fulfillment / supply chain management is required.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of multiple IT projects
• Support an external client but will use internal systems/processes to complete the work
• Work with multiple stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams like Ops and Tech and
• Keep stakeholders/teams on track while explaining (and understanding) complex situations clearly
• Work with internal and external teams to keep software and work delivery on track but also maintain visibility on deadlines
• Develop cost benefit analyses for the program
• Communicate updates to an executive committee
• Create and report program status utilizing a dashboard
• Allocate resources across the multiple projects
• Define project governance policies and manage the financial concerns of the program
• Utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and/or multidisciplinary teams with great communication
• Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization
• Able to being able to manage ambiguity in a complex space
• Must be self motivated, well organized and have sound innovation and facilitation skills
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Strong business presentation skills and experience presenting to various levels of management
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units
• Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project

Nice to Haves:

• Supply chain management experience would be very helpful
• Ability to put project planning diagrams together
