About The Opportunity

DMI, LLCis seeking a Project Manager to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of marketing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, marketing, and creative production. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Years of Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for various marketing and digital projects
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in resourcing and forecasting activities.
  • Manage all financial activities from project initiation to closeout including but not limited to requesting and reviewing account invoices, vendor invoices, etc…
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Production Management:
  • Manage the development and trafficking of integrated project plans and deliverables.
  • Ensure all project assets are aligned with brand, client guidelines and meets quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Lead the cross-functional teams in the development of high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide strategic direction and feedback to internal team members and/or external vendors.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, strategy, creative, and media.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present project reports and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g.,Jira, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content production workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with working with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Experience with working in an agency setting.
