Zyscovich is searching for a Project Management Specialist to contribute to its highly innovative and diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate with Project Directors, Sr. Designers, and Managers on developing design concepts and details for construction documents including materials, dimensions, and data to communicate design intent.
• Report to Sr. Project Manager on all work & technical adequacy during progress and upon completion.
• Attend team meetings to develop projects in conceptual, schematic, design development, & construction phases.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations through computer programs & printed materials.
• Assist during construction administration to review and process plans & drawings, requests for information, & approvals of material samples in alignment with design goals.
• Coordinate submittals and project documents to conform with construction procedures during execution.
• Perform site visits to observe and verify compliance with design contract documents and provide recommendations.
• Maintain orderly project files to allow access to project information for other team members.
• Understand and follow standard CAD and BIM procedures for layering & drawing procedures for sheet layout and building design coordination.
• Participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
• Review payment apps., change orders, & construction schedules with supporting documents.
• Review and respond to requests for information, plans and drawings, and product data submittals to ensure they meet requirements.
• Schedule meetings with consultants to solve complex time sensitive issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure projects adhere to set schedules and meet goals.
• Serve as key contact for Revit on the Commercial Market Sector for Miami, FL
• Daily travel required. to project sites in Tri-County area of S. FL (Miami Dade/Broward/Palm Bch). Travel required. in the US 1x/yr for trade shows and continuing education events.
  
  

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in Construction & Project Management,drafting and interpretation of architectural, structural, civil plans, sustainable design, construction processes, cost estimation, contracts, Florida building codes.
• Masters' degree in Architecture or Construction Management is required.
• Proficient in : AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Procore, Newforma, MS Office (Word/Excel/ Outlook/Teams)
