• High School Graduate, College credits preferred, although not required
• Proficient with the use of personal computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Must type at least 40 WPM
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to help keep an office running smoothly.
• Drafting messages and correspondence
• Organizing events, appointments, and meetings, and managing calendars
• Maintaining digital filing systems
• Entering data, bookkeeping, ordering and tracking inventory, and preparing documents for meetings
• Ensure project documentation is up to date
• Coordinate tasks between team members to ensure they are completed on time and assign new project tasks
