Roncelli, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Project Management Interns for Summer 2025 with an anticipated start date of May 12, 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing construction projects. The intern will work closely with our project management team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
The Intern will be exposed to a variety of project management driven tasks that includes document processing, jobsite walk throughs, safety, customer faced meetings, and so forth. The intern will also receive Procore training in addition to using SharePoint and MS Teams daily.
The program is ideal for college students who are studying construction management in their third or fourth year.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects
Support project managers in overseeing project activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
Help in preparing project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and progress reports
Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Assist in resolving any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the project management team
Qualifications
Currently in their junior or senior year pursuing a construction related degree (Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred).
Strong interest in construction project management
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professionalism, customer focus, organization and team oriented.
Proficient communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to travel between jobsites throughout Southeast Michigan / reliable transportation.
Preemployment and annual Drug Tested.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong computer skills are a must. Heavy MS Office Suite and Procore.
The Location
Roncelli’s headquarters is in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This position will report to the jobsite assigned and from time to time, report to the Sterling Heights office.
