Project Engineer

PTS Advance has partnered with a national civil engineering and construction firm and is actively seeking Project Engineers specializing in heavy highway construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognized organization while gaining valuable experience on large highway, roadway, and bridge construction projects. To be considered for the position, you will need to live or able to relocate within an 1 hour drive of the following cities:

Jacksonville, FL

Tampa, FL

Fayetteville, NC

Winston Salem, NC

Responsibilities:

• Handle tasks related to project submittals
• Maintain and update Civil Drawings and Field Revisions
• Execute Material Take-Offs
• Liaison between the clients and owner
• Supervision and scheduling of subcontractors and material deliveries
• Generate reports, business communications, and project documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 2-5 years of experience supporting heavy civil DOT construction projects such as highways, interstates, and bridges
• Experience with Primavera, P3 and/or P6
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on a construction site
