Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing RFIs, Submittals, Drawing Updates, Closeout . This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that all project requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledgeable in project management software and tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Document Control Management: RFIs, Submittals, Drawing Updates, Closeout
  • Project Change Process: Identify, Assemble, Expedite approval
  • Procurement: Long lead management, prepares scopes, assess pricing
  • Risk Management: Basic knowledge, track productivity, understand risks
  • Technical Builder: Constructability Reviews, Planning and Scheduling, Field Knowledge
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external trade partners, and clients.
  • Monitor Project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure safety and quality of project.
