The company’s services include general contracting, design-build/design-assist project delivery, construction management, and self-performed work.


Sors LLC, is a fully owned subsidiary of Integrare Group’s, established to fulfill the self-perform vertical. As such, Sors’ primary purpose is to supply (and in some cases, install) residential interior finishes and exterior envelope work including but not limited to, glass and glazing systems, countertops, interior doors, planters, millwork, cabinets, and exterior envelope to Integrare projects, as well as to other third-party projects.

Key Responsibilities:


The Project Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution and financial performance of multiple construction projects, from conception to completion. This individual will leverage their deep industry expertise and leadership skills to guide project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects align with company objectives.



Strategic Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to define and execute the organization's operational goals across purchasing, estimating, construction, safety, and customer care.
  • Ensure adherence to all company, client, and project policies, procedures, and SOPs.


Project Oversight & Delivery:

  • Lead and mentor project managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage the construction process including but not limited to: issuing subcontract agreements, reviewing and processing pay applications, attending construction meetings, reviewing change orders, managing consultants to ensure timely responses to requests for information; ensuring punch list items are addressed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage at least two (2) projects through the Development process with little supervision.
  • Manage at least two (2) projects through the Preconstruction process with little supervision.
  • Ensure all company, client and project policies, procedures and SOPs are adhered to.
  • Oversee the construction process, including subcontractor management, pay application review, change order negotiation, consultant coordination, and punch list resolution.
  • Consistently assess the value of re-engineering a project versus time and budget constraints, saving costs without affecting the integrity of the project.
  • Continuously source new suppliers and contractors to help reduce cost and improve quality/turnaround of construction; ensure contractors are properly skilled/licensed prior to commencing jobs. Manage all contracts for jobs.


Financial Performance:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial proformas and project budgets.
  • Monitor project costs and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and maintain profitability.
  • Negotiate claims/disputes with owners and subcontractors.


Technical Expertise:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of building envelope technology, roofing, waterproofing, building infrastructure systems (piping, electrical), concrete foundations, structures, and repair methods.
  • Leverage expertise to assess project feasibility and propose value engineering solutions that maintain quality while optimizing costs.


Business Development:

  • Contribute to securing new work by participating in the estimating, proposal, and presentation process.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of market conditions, including current and anticipated material and labor costs.



Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in general construction with best-in-class GC firms.
  • Superior knowledge of building envelope technology, roofing, and waterproofing; building infrastructure such as piping systems and electrical systems; concrete foundations, structures and concrete repair.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and oversee multiple projects at once.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial skills, including the ability to effectively utilize data from multiple sources to drive decisions. Extensive knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and accurate and decisive cost reporting, billing and forecasting.
  • Self-directed and results-oriented; able to handle multiple priorities/projects and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
