PROJECT DIRECTOR - Commercial Construction

The Project Director will have responsibility for client relations and team management and development. Oversight of multiple projects all at different stages and the teams that are leading those projects including: Sr. PM's, PM's, APM's, PE's and Superintendents.


The Project Director will provide oversight of preconstruction, design, operations, client relations, safety, risk management, schedule, team development, training, mentoring and strategic planning as a key contributor to the executive team organizationally.


Desired skills and experience:

  • Someone with 10+ years commercial construction experience with stable work history
  • Preconstruction, estimating, negotiating experience desired
  • Experience leading project teams
  • Experience with both ground up and tenant improvement
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional business acumen
  • Attention to detail and enjoys complex projects
