Blackfield Associates have partnered with a Global Vaccine Manufacturing Company to bring you this great new opportunity on the East Coast. This is a great opportunity to work with a big name in pharma and support on their ongoing growth.

The successful candidate must have experience working on biopharmaceutical projects with a good understanding of cGMP standards.

Location: On-site in Central, MA

Duration: 6 – 9 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diverse project services including Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Support, Quality Engineering, Plant Commissioning, Administration, Documentation Management, and CAD Services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the Project Execution Team.
• Oversee resource identification, onboarding, training, performance management, and other HR-related activities.
• Ensure project staffing requirements are met and manage staff turnover as necessary.
• Own the construction turnover process to F&E, CQV, and Ops Readiness teams.
• Manage schedules for Pre-CQV Activities, including Equipment Readiness (Procurement, Receipt, Installation, Integration, Certifications, Calibration, CQV handoff, and Transfer of Care Custody and Control).
• Oversee Commissioning Delivery for non-critical systems (facility and grey utilities).
• Manage the Transfer of Care Custody and Control.
• Coordinate internal building impacts and impairments.
• Manage Engineering Documentation, including Registration Drawings, Facility and Utility Drawings, ETOPs, and Lifecycle documents such as Impact Assessments and Sensor Risk Assessments.
• Own project work order generation, execution, closure, and process management.
