Work Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday, 10 hour days)
Pay Rate: $35-$40 per hour

Must-Haves:
2-5 years of experience in Cost Account, Project Controls, Project Scheduling at a large enterprise (business management, finance, supply chain, engineering and/or program management)
Working experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
Understanding of work authorization requests, estimate-to-complete requirements, schedule status, variance reporting, estimate-to-complete annual reviews
Experience using Excel for analyzing costs, budgets, project/program financial analysis
Must be comfortable using pivot tables, complex formulas with many inputs
Project management background in identifying critical paths and mitigating associated risks
Proficient with accounting methods and related toolsets
Proficient time management and organizational skills
Team-player, strong leadership skills, and ability to effectively communicate and work remotely
Bachelor’s degree
Plusses:
Lean Six Sigma certification
PMP certification
Previous Cost Account Manager experience
Deltek or other Enterprise Project Scheduling platform experience (Primavera, etc.)
Day-to-Day:
A Fortune 100 client is looking for a Cost Account Manager (CAM) to work fully remote during EST hours. This CAM will be working with the Program Integrators in assisting control account and work package owners with cost analysis, schedule analysis, status reporting, variance reporting, and Earned Value management. On a day-to-day basis, this CAM will be monitoring and managing task cost, schedule, and technical objectives to meet program requirements, planning work scope into control accounts, providing schedule progress/status updates, assessing and updating earned value metrics, identifying risks and opportunities, and aligning plans with the integrated master schedule (IMS). The majority of their day will be spent collecting, aggregating, and analyzing earned value and program data in Excel and communicating between internal program stakeholders and the Program Integrator. The remainder of their day will be spent tracking up to 40 inputs for multiple projects/programs at any given time using project management principles in a very detail-oriented manner. The work schedule is a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days.
