- Our client is an entrepreneurial consulting firm focused on information security, data privacy, artificial intelligence, business continuity, and risk management.
- They have built a strong reputation in the field and are known for guiding our clients toward attaining and maintaining ISO certifications, in particular ISO 27001, 27701, 27017, 22301, and 42001, as well as assisting with other aspects of information security, privacy, business continuity, cloud security, and IT governance.
- Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to add to our team.
- As a Project Coordinator, you will work with the consultants on all aspects of client engagements, meetings, and deliverables.
- Monitor/track and maintain client engagement deadlines.
- Prepare PowerPoint decks and meeting minutes for client presentations and governance meetings.
- The Project Coordinator prepares artifacts for client risk assessment workshops.
- Create, review, and update client documents.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and plan resources to meet project goals.
- Manage internal milestone expectations.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
- Three or more years of project coordinator or similar experience.
- Experience completing or managing projects, tasks, and deliverables with minimal supervisory oversight.
- Strong organizational skills collaborating and working independently across multiple simultaneous projects, client engagements, and tasks.
- Ability to prioritize important tasks and re-prioritize based on changes taking place in the organization.
- Effective administrative skills, handling paperwork, documentation, and communications related to projects and tasks.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive firm and client information.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to each consultant's style.
- Ability to multi-task successfully while working independently and within a group environment.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to pivot from task to task.
- Ability to prioritize consultants' needs.
- Skills Appreciated but not necessary:
- Experience building and/or maintaining a Social Media Presence
- CAPM or PMP certification
