Compensation Range: $22 - 27 per hour

Our client, a global leader in food services, is seeking a dedicated remote Project Coordinator to join their team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and has a background in administrative or project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with team to support the documentation process in Request for Proposals (RFPs) within the food industry.
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail in all aspects of project coordination, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Complete various forms and administrative tasks related to ongoing projects, maintaining organized records and timelines.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
• Experience in the food industry is a definite plus!
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
