Qualifications

1-2+ years of experience in account and/or project management, preferably in a digital agency setting (including internships)

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities

Willingness to learn about organic social platforms, paid media tactics, and digital advertising

Experience coordinating with creative teams on asset management

Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities with limited resources

Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Ensure timely completion of client deliverables within budget and quality standards

Support functional teams in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

Provide strategic guidance to clients and teams for efficient project execution

Foster cross-team collaboration through project coordination and communication

Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring milestones are met

Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions

Facilitate effective communication within and between teams

Maintain quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of work

This is a part-time paid position requiring 20-25 hours per week, with a pay range of $20-24/hour. Our company embraces a hybrid work model, offering flexibility for both remote and in-office work.
