As a Project Coordinator/Junior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our product development process and ensuring seamless communication across teams. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing backlogs, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional products. Your organizational skills, quick thinking, and ability to wear multiple hats will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and Schedule Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings across different teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Backlog Management: Manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized and up-to-date.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with challenging stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, user stories, and other relevant materials.
- Product Experience: Apply your knowledge of software products to contribute to a customer-centric environment.
- Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile methodologies to support the development process and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Jira/Confluence: Use Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage tasks, and document project details.
- Excel and PowerPoint: Leverage Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Miro (Nice to Have): Use Miro for collaborative brainstorming and planning sessions.
- ServiceNow (Good to Have): Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Product Owner, or similar role in a software product environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick thinker with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Miro and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Action-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
