Overview

TRC Energy Services (TRC) is a nationally known energy efficiency consultancy. TRC collaborates with clients to develop and implement market transforming programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building in multiple market sectors across the US. These initiatives reduce energy costs, improve the health and safety conditions of buildings, while also helping the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. TRC acts nationally to address some of our country's most challenging problems: global climate change and energy independence.

Responsibilities

  • Process project transactions in project tracking system
  • Support business process development and improvement efforts
  • Central point of communication between the program and customers and contractors
  • Manage inquires to the program (typically via phone and email)
  • Collaborate closely with other functional teams, especially Engineering and Business Development
  • Data analysis and Reporting
  • Trade Ally/contractor education and training
  • Ongoing Quality Assurance/Quality Control of all active projects
  • General support to Program Managers who manage programs across all Energy Efficiency program
  • Support of Finance and Database groups
  • Other duties as needed that are consistent with this level of staffing to support the general functions of the Efficiency Planning & Engineering Team

Qualifications

  • High level of customer service
  • Ability to work effectively with other functional groups
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Analytical & critical thinking skills
  • Ability to understand and navigate different database systems
  • Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Paid time off contingent upon full time or part time status and level of seniority (ranging from 15 to 25 days per year).

Compensation: Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
