Job Title: Program Coordinator (Healthcare/Customer Service)
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00
Location: Remote - Must work PST time/perfer California
Work Hours: 8am - 5pm PST
Qualifications/Skills Needed
2 years experience with healthcare, Customer service oriented
Experience with HIPAA procedures
Customer service
High volume inbound/outbound call experience
High School Diploma
Microsoft Excel, Word
Day To Day Responsibilities Of Role
Project Coordinators are assigned at least 30 members daily to outreach.
Project Coordinator will do 1 call attempt per day to # listed for member.
If # is invalid Project Coordinator will also make a call attempt to PCP to attempt to get a valid #.
If member is reached PCP will review CareGaps with member, offer to assist with scheduling appointment and confirm member has no other questions/needs.
Performance Expectations
30 new members per day, 150 per week and 600 per month
Audit score of 90% or better
Use proper note documentation
80-100 Calls per day
