We are searching for an ambitious project management/customer service professional to play a critical role in our growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience within a manufacturing environment and exceptional customer relations and project management skills. Objectives of this role

• Engage with all current and future customers with a professional but personal approach.
• Support all sales efforts with quote reviews, sample verification, and day to day correspondence.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact and communicate project status as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes for creating, editing, and supporting Sales Order Management within an ERP system.
• Track progress and provide support in all sample/R&D/First Article efforts.
• Respond to customer emails and provide supporting documentation when necessary.
• Review Customer quotes for accuracy and presentability.
• Attend production meetings to evaluate project progress and determine next steps if needed.

• Experience coordinating efforts with all internal/external stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating presentations and supporting documents
• Ability to multitask and exceptional follow up
• Have tenacity to wear several hats within the organization

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Manufacturing Experience is a plus
• Project Management Experience
