Summary
The CCC is seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Project Coordinator. This role is responsible for assisting with the various projects within the Case Control Center. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adapts to change quickly, and can work both independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Participate in daily standups to provide project statuses
Document and track all changes to Salesforce flows and other CCC operations
Perform testing in both UAT and production Salesforce environments
Administer DocuSign
Support CCC staff with issues related to Salesforce and other platforms
Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
Qualification
Strong technical and professional writing skills
Flexibility with work schedule – may work longer days for deployments
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
