Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Alameda, CA - 94502
Duration: 06 Months on W2
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM
100% Onsite role.
Skills Looking For
Experience in quality control, project coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with FDA requirements and procedures.
Strong communication skills for interaction with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Focus on daily tasks such as document scanning, project scheduling, and training documentation review.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality procedures.
Proficiency in MS Project and PowerPoint
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Scanning and reviewing documents for quality control; Coordinating project schedules and ensuring tasks are completed on time; Reviewing and approving training documentation for call center agents; Communicating any complaints or issues to relevant stakeholders.
Education And Level Of Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, but any degree accepted.
1 to 4 years of experience in quality, pharmaceuticals, biotech.
Understanding of FDA requirements and regulatory compliance necessary.
Overqualification Criteria: Candidates with more than four years of experience ; Master's degree will also be overqualified.
