Project Coordinator

Title: Project Coordinator/Operations Analyst

Location: Denver, CO, Austin, TX or Houston, TX (hybrid, 2-3x a week onsite) + 50% domestic travel

12 month contract to perm/direct hire

2 Round Interview Process

Pay Rate: 40-50/hr, conversion 80-105k (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education)

Qualifications:

• Experience with operations process improvement
• IT project coordination and follow up/driving tasks forward experience
• Tracking and documentation experience
• Experience interfacing with business stakeholders
• Comfortable booking travel, calendar management, sitting in meetings taking notes
• Excel
• Must be comfortable with traveling 50% of the time and being hybrid when you're not

The ideal candidate has strong experience driving projects, a natural ability to improve operational processes, strong documentation/tracking skills, and is comfortable wearing multiple hates (interfacing with stakeholders independently, booking executives travel, calendar management, etc).

Insight Global is hiring for a fire & safety company that is merger and acquisitions based. The recently stood up a Workday team within their IT organization. They're looking to bring someone in that will keep projects and tasks moving along. This individual needs to be a doer, be a high-level thinker, and likes to bring ideas and speak up.
