The Opportunity

Homecare Homebase BPMO (Business Project Management Office) is searching for a Project Coordinator who will oversee our customer’s HCHB projects, thereby achieving specific goals and specific outcomes at specific times.

The Challenge

At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As a Project Coordinator within the BPMO, you will play an essential role in ensuring projects are on time and on budget and that all stakeholders, both internally and externally, are apprised of any project updates.

Project Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures to ensure project remains on schedule and within budget.
  • Facilitating stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, preparing the agenda and any necessary presentation materials, and capturing meeting minutes.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Exemplifying CARES core values to promote a positive work environment and adherence to core values.

Project Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Strong communication (oral and written), organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Works well under the pressure of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in project coordination or a related field is preferred.
