We partner with interior designers, art consultants, and wholesalers to create custom art solutions for multiple channels and mainstream brands including Hospitality, Multi family, Healthcare, Big Tech, Developers, Corporate, Senior living and Residential. Most of our customers are either repeats or word of mouth referrals as we excel at providing a smooth and successful customer experience every step of the way.

Our retail line Grand Image Home features a curated collection of framed and finished artworks designed specifically for the residential interior design market and “home” retailers such as Anthropologie, Neiman Marcus, Modsy and Ethan Allen-all customers. The collection is primarily sold through our national multi-line repping group and is exhibited at national furniture markets in High Point NC, Las Vegas, and Atlanta.

Job Title: Project Coordinator, Hourly

Job Description:

Grand Image is looking to immediately hire a Project Coordinator. This candidate will support introductory level custom art projects, ensuring they are delivered on time while confirming scope and budget requirements are met. This role will directly report to a Senior PM in the Project Management Department and may support responsibilities for other departments when required. The Project Coordinator will help support the project lifecycle from kickoff to production and installation. This role will work closely with Account Managers, Art Advisors, Artists, Vendors, Production, and Fulfillment teams to create quality art that exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate the planning and implementation of intro level projects

·       Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

·       Manage production for custom framed prints and simple artist commissions

·       Manage installation of artwork – create install guides, manage install vendors, be main point of contact on day of install, troubleshoot issues as they come up

·       Support project resource management and budget

·       Communicate with clients and purchasers regularly via phone calls, emails, and meetings

·       Support quoting process in company’s proprietary order entry system

·       Deliver quality deliverables that align to the approved scope of work at all phases of the project

·       Maintain cross-functional communication and collaboration throughout a project lifecycle

·       Document and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders. Monitor progress and adjust as needed.

·       Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project

·       Assist other departments with responsibilities as needed

Required Experience and Qualifications:

·       Some education in related field, preferred

·       1+ years of applicable experience

·       Art or manufacturing experience is a plus

·       Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·       Experience with Project Management Software; preferably Asana

·       Accountable, natural problem solver, instinctive collaborator

·       Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude

·       Ability to multi-task on a continual basis, and manage multiple concurrent deadlines across various projects

·       Ability to motivate and lead others in the development, direction, and execution of projects with varying complexities
