DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team. This role is based at DEPCOM's headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. We're seeking an individual with a strong attention to detail, exercises good judgement, and with strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members at all levels. This individual must have previous experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry and be capable of prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.

Our Team

DEPCOM's Project Coordination team's mission is to collectively work with the Project Team to provide our customers with predictable, consistent, and integrity-driven operational excellence resulting in safe and fully compliant projects, complete on time, under budget and with total customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Schedule and create PowerPoint presentations and reports for customers using PowerBI and Smartsheet
• Assist in establishing administrative processes and procedures for the Project Management team including lien waivers, risk & compliance, local licensing requirements, document control, etc.
• Maintain trackers and schedules with accurate project assignments that are reviewed and used company-wide
• Proactively review information, identify inconsistencies, and initiate improvements that will create value for the team and maximize profitability
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry
• Customer service experience
• Experience working in Microsoft Office Suites
• Ability to work full-time in the Scottsdale, AZ office
  
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• EPC experience in Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power or industrial project
• Experience working and creating Smartsheets
• Bachelor's degree
• Leadership experience
