CornerStone Technology Talent Services is looking for a Project Management Support Specialist for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will reside in TX, AZ, FL, NC, SC, KY, IN, or GA and be able to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.


Job Summary:

- Role: Project Management Support Specialist

- Department: HR Project Management Office (PMO)

- Purpose: To support operational project deliverables and assist Project Managers in various tasks related to project coordination and management.


Responsibilities:

- Project Support: Assist Project Managers by participating in project meetings, taking meeting minutes, and following up on deliverables.

- Schedule Management: Maintain detailed schedules for each project, tracking essential activities and deadlines, and adapt schedules as necessary.

- Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers to meet project-specific requirements and ensure all tasks are completed on time.

- PMO Intake Process: Support the intake process by collecting, analyzing, and communicating with project requestors.

- Customer Service: Provide strong customer service and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Budgeting: Understand and support the budgeting process for projects.

- Communication: Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders effectively.

- Problem Solving: Analyze business problems and identify appropriate solutions.

- Tool Proficiency: Utilize MS365 products (Word, Access, Outlook) and project management tools.


Requirements:

1. Project Management Coordination: Experience in managing meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, and demonstrating project coordination skills.

2. Technical/Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SAS, cloud-based project management tools, or Excel.

3. Proactive Nature: Ability to anticipate needs and think a few steps ahead.

4. Stakeholder Management: Focused on customer satisfaction and managing stakeholder relationships.

5. Eagerness to Learn: Thirst for knowledge and openness to learning new skills. Entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
