Project Coordinator- Manufacturing
Area: West Chester Township
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, team members, vendors, and customers to ensure that projects meet their objectives and are delivered on time.
Identify and allocate necessary resources for the project.
Prepare quotes for project materials from BOM's
Facilitate effective communication by scheduling meetings, distributing project-related information, and maintaining documentation.
Conduct quality checks and inspections
Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses
Qualifications:
Previous experience in project coordination
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Quickbooks or similar software
Knowledge of Jobboss
