Required Skills and Minimum Qualifications:


At least 4 years of relevant experience with large organizations/accounts involving multiple projects and teams.

Bachelor's degree required.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Account PMO Manager, adhering to account processes and quality assurance expectations.

Lead project teams in creating and monitoring detailed Microsoft Project Work Plans with milestones, deliverables, and work products.

Understand activities including the system development lifecycle (SDLC), agile/waterfall scheduling approaches, contract requirement analysis, and critical path analysis.

Coordinate with PMO and project teams to ensure timely and accurate schedule updates.

Generate and maintain detailed and summary reports based on milestones, deliverables, and work products.

Conduct quality reviews of deliverables and ensure timely submission.

Identify and track project risks, issues, and potential concerns.

Handle submission and tracking of account deliverables and work products.

Generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research as needed.

Anticipate and address the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.


Responsibilities Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).

Strong collaboration and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a high-paced environment with multiple project teams and leads.

Understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).

Excellent organizational, prioritization, planning, and general administration skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive mindset to create positive experiences for others.

Excellent computer skills, especially typing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred knowledge of project tracking tools such as JIRA and Jama.
