Aha Media Group, a content strategy and copywriting consultancy, is seeking a remote full-time Project Coordinator to join our team.
The Project Coordinator is a member of the account team and provides project support to the Account Managers. Project Coordinators set up new projects, create and manage timelines, collaborate with our product team, and QA documents prior to client review. They may also join and participate in client and internal meetings to stay well-informed on the goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Account Management Support
Schedules and attends internal and client calls, taking in-depth notes
Creates timelines and tracks key deliverables
Manages multiple project deliverables and client relationships simultaneously
Supports the Account Manager with daily activities to move projects along
Uses project management tools including or similar to Basecamp, Salesforce, Workfront and Airtable
Thoroughly reviews copywriting decks and QAs all deliverables
Requirements
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent administrative support
Friendly and direct communicator with clients and internal team members
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Manage time effectively by working remotely while also collaborating with colleagues
Comfortable reviewing and proofreading copywriting
Experience in healthcare a plus
Experience in digital marketing a plus
