Project Coordinator

A Little About This Gig

• We are looking for a project coordinator to assist Cardinal Health in migrating their non-exempt time keeping system from Kronos to Workday. You will serve as as the primary point of contact from the cutover team for remote client services workstream and works closely with cutover, functional, technical and project IT teams in collecting, ensures the detailed tasks are documented in the deployment plans with predecessor, successor, resource names and other required details. this person will be tasked with tracking all remote client services and facility team member tasks. These tasks will include installing new timeclocks in the Pharma, At Home, and California NPS facilities. Details around each clock will need to be updated in the CMDB in service now. This person will also track the packaging and return of the existing Kronos timeclocks, In addition to the tracking and data entry tasks, this person will help with testing on the new clocks as they are installed in each facility.
