The Project Controls Manager position is a direct-hire position working for HGA remotely or at the HGA office in The Woodlands, TX. The Project Controls Manager is part of the HGA Owner’s Rep team and will be involved with projects being completed in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

This role is pivotal in overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost management, and estimation processes. Project Controls Manager Duties And Responsibilities
Project Planning, Scheduling, and Estimation:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
Utilize industry-leading scheduling and estimation software to create accurate timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Incorporate historical data, industry benchmarks, and market trends into the estimation process to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Cost Management
Develop detailed project budgets based on the estimation process and client objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines.
Monitor project expenditures, analyze cost variances, and implement cost control measures to optimize project financial performance.
Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and potential risks.
Performance Monitoring And Reporting
Implement robust performance measurement systems to track project progress, productivity, and quality.
Generate regular progress reports and performance dashboards, providing insights into project health and potential risks.
Conduct comprehensive project reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle and develop risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk analyses to assess the impact of risks on project objectives and develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
Stakeholder Communication And Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for project controls-related inquiries from clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
