Project Controller

Location: Telework – supporting a Washington, DC based client

Description:

Provides expertise in acquisition, contracting, price analysis and program management for federal procurements.

Demonstrates expertise planning and monitoring contract performance and deliverable execution to support client or agency mission. Ability to provide leadership and expertise in performance based acquisition management, contract formation, contract administration, implementation and oversight.

Demonstrated experience with review/acceptance of contract deliverables, invoice review/approval.

Provides on-boarding/off-boarding of personnel, acceptance of deliverables, assistance with invoice tracking and financial burn rate analysis.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft based project management tools, applications and processes (Outlook, SharePoint, Project, Excel, Word).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management for Federal Government contracts, programs and projects.

Skills: (Desirable) Professional Certification (PMP, CPCM or DAWIA Level III in Contracting).

Education Equivalency: One year of directly relevant work experience may substitute for one year of post-secondary education. One year of post- secondary education may substitute for one and a half years of directly relevant work experience.

Experience with Government procurement systems (WAAF, GFEBS, PIEE, PD2)
