This position reports to

Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

  • Review financial, commercial and tax aspects of the project during tender phase incl. verification of tender calculation, cash-flow planning, opportunity and risk evaluation.
  • Prepare and continuously review the entire Project Financial Execution Plan (incl. billing plan, revenue recognition plan, payment securities, cost to complete, etc.) and prepare the rolling forecast of all financial KPIs of the project. Drive and seek for optimization of Project Cash Flow and Revenues together with the Project Manager.
  • Oversee currency risk (hedging), inter-company transactions, bonds and guarantees
  • Supports the team with issuance of Purchase requisitions and the order process of Equipment and Services
  • Works closely with the Project Manager and Customers to identify potential changes in scope and quantify the impact of each change and support with the preparation of Full Cost Calculations or other relevant tender documentation.
  • Participates in Project Reviews. Composes reports and updates all required project data in Project Control systems and SAP for Management information and project analysis.
  • Identify and discuss opportunities for improvement related to financial processes.
  • Compliance & Internal Control: Supports the Controller in adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, business specific finance directives and instructions.
  • Performs required controls as control performer or assisting control performer.


Qualifications For The Role

  • Five (5) years of experience in project business or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong customer orientation.
  • Good analytical & communication skills
