The Role:
The Project Controls Specialist is responsible for cost accounting, estimating, billing alignment and outage load board development. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization.
The Essentials:
Cash flow development and reporting
Monitoring commitments, incurred and actual costs
Performing cost variance analysis
Earned value management reporting
Supporting estimate and budget development
Performing ad-hoc project analysis and support
Aiding in cost code setup and billing
Managing databases and generating reports
Performing other duties as requested
What it takes:
Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to pass all background and screening requirements including drug and/or alcohol screening.
