Hybrid role in Jefferson City, MO – 2-3 days in office
This is a salaried role working~32 hours a week – this could flex up to 36 hours
Ideal candidate – Management consulting experience (2-5 years) – IV&V experience a plus
Position Title: IV&V Analyst

Location: Jefferson City, MO – Hybrid schedule Likely 50-75% on-site
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provides independent oversight during the planning, design and implementation of public sector IT solutions using knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Supports a team in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.
Conducts review and provides comments of State and vendor deliverables.
Provides expert knowledge in one or more areas of the SDLC, such as program/project management, requirements development, software development, testing, or implementation.
Manages relationships with project staff responsible for projects.
Produces regular biweekly status reports, as well as, ad hoc reports as needed.
Collaborates with the project team on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary.
Contributes to and/or authors IV&V project deliverables.
Ideal Qualifications
2 to 5 years of consulting experience, ideally at the State level (Local government, federal, or commercial is acceptable)
A proven ability to interface with resources, management teams and stakeholders on a regular basis to gather information, build relationships, and resolve issues.
Prior IV&V experience is nice to have - not required
Excellent verbal and writing skills and be comfortable working with customers
Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
